By accessing or using AXCONNECT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Scope

AXCONNECT is a platform for internal support intake, scheduling, and security workflows. Access is limited to authorized AXUM SEC personnel and approved stakeholders.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • Access may be revoked if misuse or policy violations are detected.
  • Administrative actions may be logged for audit and security purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You must follow the Usage Policy available at /privacy. Misuse includes unauthorized access, data exfiltration, or service disruption.

5. Third-Party Services

AXCONNECT may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep client and internal data confidential and use it only for authorized business purposes.

7. Availability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or suspend services for maintenance or security reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXUM SEC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for security or policy reasons.
